Directions from Hualian. Take the Number 9 Highway to Rui Shui Village. At the Zhongzheng North Road and Minsheng Street intersection turn right onto Minsheng Street. After you take the underpass under the rail tracks, turn left onto Chenggong South Road and go straight. When you see Rui Shui Elementary School turn right. Go straight over the Red Leaf Bridge until you reach Red Leaf Hot Springs Inn.
